You wouldn’t think that there was anything exceptional about the Philips family to look at them – just a mother, a father and their two children, with all their foibles and typical bickering rivalries – but circumstances can change, and render the familiar strange.

Their simple desire to unwind during an Easter break at an idyllic Breton gîte leads to an unwitting discovery that will change their lives forever. What they find appears, at first glance, to be mundane, and yet it proves anything but.
